I always warm up with mobility stretches before I workout.

Stretching prepares your body & muscles for the exercise it is about to get.

It allows the body temperature to raise & helps reduce injuries & increase mobility.

Since introducing mobility stretches into my pre workout schedule I have noticed a huge difference in my mobility & performance when completing certain exercises like squatting, single-leg RDL’s & overall everyday body posture.

Below you will find the stretches I usually complete before any workout.
