2 scoops of vegan protein (I used Free Soul Sistas chocolate blend)
1 frozen banana
TBSP of lotus speculoos ( lotus speculoos is vegan)
1 tsp of maca powder
1 tsp of chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, & flax-seeds
150ml of plant based milk (I used oat milk)
What to do:
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth & creamy.
Pour your smoothie into a bowl & top with blueberries, pomegranates & coconut.
Viola & Enjoy!
