Chocolate heaven to drink anyone…

Recently I’ve started adding a scoop or two of vegan protein to my smoothies because I find that this keeps me feeling fuller for longer.

Vegan protein is known for tasting pretty yuck but I’ve found an absolute winner.

The Free Soul Sistas chocolate vegan blend has mastered the taste test. My perspective on a packet full of protein has now changed. It is the first protein I have had that doesn’t have that artificial taste you seem to get in most brands not just the vegan kind.

So here is my answer to a glass full of chocolate heaven with an added plant based protein boost!

What you’ll need: 

2 scoops of plant based protein ( I used Free Soul Sistas chocolate blend)

 1 large banana

1 TBSP of pumpkin seeds/ chia seeds

A large spoon of peanut butter

A large spoon of cacao powder

250-300ml of plant based milk  (I used almond milk)


Blend all of your ingredients until smooth and creamy!
