You may have guessed by now that chocolate is one of my favourite things in life!
I’ve never been the protein obsessed kind of fitgal but recently I tried the Free Soul Sistas vegan chocolate protein & wow has it changed my smoothie bowl game!
The least tasting powdered protein I have ever had & the best consistency! A Free Soul Sista smoothie bowl has become a daily occurrence for me especially when I am in a hurry as it is fast & super easy to prepare.
What you’ll need:
1 frozen banana
2 scoops of vegan chocolate protein (I used Free Soul Sista’s)
1 large pitted date
1 tsp of maca powder
TBSP of maple syrup
150ml of plant based milk (I used Aplro’s Almond Milk)
Simply place all of the ingredients into a food processor & blend until smooth & creamy!
Top your smoothie bowl with fruit & nut mix (I used Loving Earth’s paleo mix from Amazon) & some extra slices of banana.
