Let’s get sweaty!
It’s that time of the week again!
This time we’re working out our legs so grab yourself a kettlebell, a medicine ball, a mat & let’s get straight to it!
Don’t worry if you don’t have a medicine ball or kettlebell you can simply do this workout without any equipment!
One last thing my little fitfam try your best to focus on form throughout this workout, go easy on the weight & take your time!
