In need of some healthy Pancake Tuesday inspo?!

Well you have come to the right place…..

Pancake Tuesday has always made very fond & tasty memories for me. My mum makes the best pancakes. She knows exactly how to get the perfect consistency. I was always the lemon & sugar kind of pancake gal but oh how times have changed & my pancake heart is now one of nutritional chocolatey peanut-buttery deliciousness!


2 free range large eggs

1 large banana

1 TBSP of cacao powder

30g of oats

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Lightly fry the mix in coconut oil to make 4 even small pancakes.


1 large spoon of ManiLife deep roasted peanut butter

1 TSP of raw organic chocolate spread

125g of blueberries

1 TBSP of pomegranate seeds & pumpkin seeds

Sprinkle of coconut flakes & cinnamon
