BBQ TEMPEH TORTILLA PIZZA

Recipe:

One Beetroot Tortilla

100G of tempeh

1 small orange pepper (sliced)

1 TBSP of BBQ sauce

3 small mushrooms (washed & sliced)

100 ml of tomato puree sauce

Handful of rocket leaves

Tsp of pine nuts

TBSP olive oil

Sea-salt & black pepper

Method:

– Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.

– Cut the tempeh into small pieces, marinate in a bowl with the olive oil, BBQ sauce, sea-salt & black pepper.

– Starting with the tomato puree sauce as your base you can add all the ingredients to the tortilla.

– Place in the hot oven for 15 minutes.
